3 stars for the male pharmacist, he’s really good and has always been helpful, respectful. But loss of the 2 stars for the female staff who work along side him. Always so rude and treat customers like we are just a bother. Smarten up your attitude. You guys don’t tolerate rude behaviour why should we? Grow up or get a new job.

Poor service! My husband bought me an antibiotic with the doctor’s prescription. Instead of giving Amoxi-clav which is the correct prescription they gave us amoxicilin, because of this, I was sent to ER and found out that my fever and chills doesn’t go away is because they gave us the wrong meds. Yes, I know they are both antibiotics but amoxiclav is what I need and it treats a wider range of infection and that is what is WRITTEN on the PRESCRIPTION so it should be the one you should follow and not make excuses that it’s just the same. There’s still difference! Be accountable! So dissapointing! You are putting someone’s life at risk.

The pharmacist and the manager kept the store open for me 20 minutes after they closed so they could sell me a some meds after the heat had destroyed mine while I was on the road.
These folks kept me out of the hospital.

What a joke , that’s all I have to say about that . I can’t believe this place is allowed to do business. Almost 2 hours siting waiting when the dam doctor faxed over the prescription right away. I assume I’m getting profiled Because of my age or the medication I get. There is no other reason for this appalling service or wait time . I sat there by myself for a good portion of this time as well with no other customers around .if there was a zero 0 star option they would get it .

When the pharmacy closes at 6:00 on a Saturday, and you have just left emergency with a prescription and arrive at 5:45, you should NOT be refused. If your pharmacist only wants to work until 5:30 on a Saturday, that is the time you should advertise your services. My husband was sent back to the hospital with the line "I won't fill this you're too late. Go back to the hospital....they have a pharmacy".

Service at the front is very good but not so at the back, I am only going to deal at the front for milk pop and lottery tickets. I will buy my prescriptions elsewhere.

Extremely the most pitifully service I have ever had 5 years same prescriptions and can't right more than month in row. Do they not understand supply and demand

Rude and unhelpful staff in the pharmacy to the point where it's nearly aggressive behavior over the phone. Front of store cashiers seemed great, however.

I'd like to know why the staff are so rude everytime I come in. The pharmacist is especially rude can't even ask her a question without her being very rude and walks away. This pharmacy should either have a new manager cause obviously she doesn't care about customer service either or she would shape her staff up

Several bad experiences here with the pharmacy. I have been absolutely grilled about my medications and why I am on them a number of times. And not in a friendly manner. In one seriously awful encounter I left the store embarrassed, ashamed and upset about taking the medications that treat my anxiety diagnosis. It feels unnecessary to ask about such personal details that I barely feel comfortable sharing with my doctor, let alone my pharmacist. I understand that they want to make sure I'm taking the medication for a good cause but a simple answer of "it's for anxiety" should suffice. Interviewing the customer about their health history is not in the job description. When transferring my prescriptions elsewhere I was met with angry and rude comments on the phone. Go elsewhere!
