I got a great deal on so called "chicken tenders". I had to convince the staff to give me half price since they were so small and hard after wanting potato wedges (which they didn't have). Got home to enjoy my "chicken knuckles" that I had to ask for 50% of for, and they are so dried out i can't even bite into them. I tried calling 4 times, no answer.
Great friendly staff , thats all. Answner your phone so I don't have to write a review

I experienced unsatisfactory service when attempting to order a pizza for pickup from 7-Eleven. Upon calling, a lady answered and, when inquiring about available pizza options, she responded rudely, stating she didn't know and promptly hung up. Unfortunately, no alternative establishments were open during that time. Worst Service!!!!!?And i tried to call them several times but they didn't pick the callHow inconvenient store it is

Reading your past responses about customer service being your top priority, I'm surprised that you won't let paying customers use your restroom. This is not at all what I would have expected. Do better.

A coworker of my sons was in the Ponoka 7-Eleven. He is 67 years old, purchased smokes and lunch and then needed to use washroom. He was refused!!! How shameful!!H

When young workers run away from the till and out the front door while yelling "I want to see your car" to their friends, with several people in line, that doesn't give a good impression.Show some professionalism.

serve raw chicken and completely disrespect a customer with complaints after ingesting raw chicken and getting sick from it gets. explain how raw chicken managed to be served to a customer. Strong need to stop serving chicken and take a health and safety violation as such seriously before a sickness resulting in a fatality occurs

Would give no stars. This place needs a deep clean. Especially the workers. I’m scared to get food from here because the workers look sweaty or sick all the time. The warmer they keep there food in always looks dirty and there taquito roller hasn’t look like it’s been washed in awhile. Then when you think nothing could get worse you go to enter in your phone number and the screen looks like someone spit on it or wiped cheese all over. They obviously don’t wash their debit machines because you can see the caked on residue. The “safety” shield poly glass is always dirty. And the workers need to take a bath. It’s pretty disgusting getting food from a sweaty old man who just finished touching the screen gross.

We have never had any issues with staff, always friendly and considering some of the times we been in there and the customers they have to deal with, kudos to the staff!! Downside needs to get the nachos back up and running, even if you serve the cheese for us

Horrible service, If DEBBIE is working TURN AROUND AND GO SOME PLACE ELSE. she had a problem with my race. She was not helpful and was RUDELY answering my questions. Very Rude!

It is handy that the are open whenever and I love their slushies. They are better than the average convenience store. The store it's self can appear to be dirty at times
