“We can’t thank the team at Fountain Tire Ponoka enough! We had a blowout on QEII and called at 4:08 p.m. on a Friday, after changing the tire on the side of the highway, hoping we weren’t totally stuck. Instead, they told us to come right in.
The team quickly installed 4 new tires on our fifth wheel toy hauler, filled the spare we had limped in on, and had us back on the road by 5:30 p.m. The service was fast, professional, and genuinely went above and beyond to help us out in a stressful situation. Their pricing for our new tires was also very fair, especially considering they accommodated us on such short notice.
It’s rare to find a business willing to fit in a last-minute emergency repair late on a Friday, but they did it without hesitation. We truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and would highly recommend Fountain Tire Ponoka to anyone. Thank you for getting us safely back on the road!”
