I got my car insurance with your company on December 2023… at the time of insurance and when I was doing the paperwork no one mentioned me that if I planned to cancel this.I have to give penalty fee. Today I went to cancel my insurance be and I found they are very expensive then others and I am paying extra, they said I have to give penalty fee which is huge. it was not my fault.. things were not explained me properly.. then that same lady who did insurance for me just simply said sorry… for her mistake now I have to pay from my pocket.. never ever go with them.. find someone honest
