Bought a used 2022 F350 from here. They made the buying process really smooth over the phone. I was told about MINOR details of the truck. But, when I got the truck home I found broken glass behind the backseat and up in the back of the headliner. Must have had a rear window replacement, okay but why. I inspect a little further and find two spots, one with paint damage on the top of the cab where it looks like a gooseneck jack-knifed into it... Considering it's cab damage, I would have thought I would have been told about this before paying a "near perfect" price for a "near perfect" truck. Not impressed.

Just bought a Explorer ST from these guys. I'm extremely impressed with there speed and accuracy when working a deal. I also was surprised just how well they pay attention to details, it's the small things that matter the most and they knocked it out of the park. I have done business now with Legacy Ford Ponoka and Legacy Dodge Fort McMurray, and both are amazing. I think it's pretty safe to say if it has the Legacy name your in good hands. Thanks for the no hassle vehicle purchase and just being awsome. My sales guy was Steven, Finance was Dustin and Eric the sales manager was heavily involved. Everyone of these guys went out of their was to make this a great buying experience. I highly recommend you take a look here if your looking for a Ford. I drive 5.5 hours to do this deal and i would do it again based on the customer service i received. Thanks guys I look forward to doing business with you in the future.

Well sales experience was great. However got a truck with a gremlin is what they call it check engine light and d rated get the extra warranty and guess what. That’s right can’t fix it and best option they say is buy new truck but want current truck at less then owe on truck and not willing to even give a deal on a new truck but that’s best fix they have.

Honestly not overly impressed, bought my car used 6 months ago the strut mounts started to go, but weren’t replaced as warranty work. Fast forward a few months my axle seal is starting to “seep” but won’t replace due to it not “leaking” but in my understanding seeping is leaking. Also, warranty work. Not shock there that the car isn’t getting fixed. Not until it’s a catastrophe on the side of the highway. Not at all happy about this. But huge shout out to Trevor in sales for always being super awesome. Also didn’t receive a report card on my vehicle.Update. Talked to higher ups at ford, still waiting to hear back from Al his bosses and Ford Canada. Will not be returning.Definitely do not recommend, go to a different ford. Parts and service is a joke. Save your money. Go to a different town

Awful customer service and questionable mechanical work.Had to go in for warranty work, drove 45 mins there and checked in. Sat in the lobby for an HOUR before they came and told us that they didn't have our parts. Since we bought our vehicle here we thought we had to get the warranty work done here so we reluctantly rescheduled again because the secretary was very embarrassed and apologetic. Parts weren't due to come in for another 3 weeks! Like? Ok. I get it. People make mistakes. Clearly the communication between the departments are lacking.So they said the work would take all day so we would get a courtesy car. Next day they call back saying no actually can't get a courtesy car but they can do the work in two hours. Okay. Go in for the work, it's done. Drive 45 minutes home and they call and say they forgot to put a bolt back on for the remote start. (3 second job) Now we have to drive all the way back. We complained because HELLO GAS PRICES?! The shop foreman said "well I saw you drive away and told them right away to call you to come back." Didn't get a call for 45 minutes. To make it better they offered a free detail with our next service... So we pay them for something again to get a free detail like what?! Fool me once, no wait, they fooled me twice. Don't be a fool like me, pick a shop that actually trains their employees in how to treat customers so they come back.

I was quoted $600 for both front axle ujoints then charged $800 and they only did one side. Not impressed. Cannot recommend.

Took my car in a bit ago to get repairs done after trying 2 other dealerships.The service was smooth, and the work was done in a timely manner. The service advisor I dealt with did everything she could to ensure the process was smooth. Thank you Brittany for the amazing help and service!
