Incredible service. We needed an engine replaced and Jesse was amazing in guiding us through the entire process. Found a great engine for a great price, his work was great, he was kind, understanding, and up front about everything from pricing to timeline. It was an amazing experience from start to finish. Highly recommend this place, if you are from the area.

I have been bringing my vehicles here for 3 years now. The service has always been above excellent. They get my vehicle in right away with realistic timelines and pricing. Anywhere else I’m usually waiting a couple weeks and the quotes are much higher than Lw Tire. They are so friendly, honest and they have always given top notch quality service. Many shops are unwilling to work on older vehicles it really goes to show the experience knowledge and skills they put into their work. All never bring my vehicles anywhere else.

Had an emergency and these guys slotted me in even though they were pretty booked up. Matthew and Ethan were excellent. Highly recommend.

Jesse charged me $1700 for a transmission swap and brakes. It took him over two weeks to complete. I paid cash. Weeks later someone hit my bumper in the Hammy's parking lot and they were good enough to do the right thing in paying for the repair. I brought it to reflections on 56, where they told me that I was leaking transmission fluid - from the old clips that were put back on following the swap... Jesse couldn't take pride in his work enough to change a $5 part. I moved on and never went back. Stick to people who take pride in their work and stay away.

My friend got a flat tire just outside of Ponoka. When we called to see if they could fit her in they said an immediate yes. They went very out of their way to ensure she got a new tire and very quickly, so we could continue on our road trip. We were incredibly lucky to find them and receive the exceptional customer service that they provided her.

Rarely do you find a place today with the kind of customer service and value that the team at LW Tire provide. I took my car there initially to have an issue repaired that the dealership had quoted me on. Jesse found the dealership mechanic had diagnosed the issue incorrectly and they were able to save me a considerable amount of money. There was some additional work I needed to get done but couldn't afford straight away, and being the amazing shop they are, they allowed me to pay the bill in two separate installments and had my car back to me the same day. I will continue to use Jesse and his team for all of my mechanical needs and would highly recommend them. They are professional, courteous, and as a woman who doesn't know anything about vehicles, I have never felt that they were taking advantage of my lack of knowledge. If you need a mechanic, these are your guys!

I want to express how impressed I am with this business. I had some work done August of 2021 and afterwards the repair failed. Now it isn't whether mistakes happen or things go wrong but the actions that happen after. Jesse was great to talk to and it was possible there was another cause. Since I had moved too far away to have him make the repair I had to have it repaired elsewhere. After waiting to see if the new repair would fail and mean that it was the axle instead of the seals failing and now the seals held. Jesse quite willingly offered to reimburse part of the cost of the original repair. This is what great customer service is !! He could easily have not done anything and what could I have done? Nothing ! But he made it right !!!! This kind of honesty isn't found very often these days. Thanks Jesse !!!!
