It's simply ok. I find it overpriced heavily compared to pretty much any other tech places, but again it's a small town tech place so it can be expected. As someone who really enjoys videogames and tech. I'd never buy literally any of that here, especially after building my own PC myself and fully understanding the ins and outs and pricing.
In regards to service, I've never really had any trouble with any staff being rude. Again small town, and small towns like to hire young kids in high-school. Because they need money and they want to give them work. Some kids work harder than others, that's just how it is.
One thing that was annoying and personally grinded my gears purely off of principle even though it might make sense and not a big deal, was getting a package through Purolator and the guy wouldn't drop it off at my house for some reason, or my grandparents, so it got sent there. And I had to pay 2 dollars to get my package because they held it for me. Which I know, it's 2 dollars, I know it's ridiculous but I hated it and still do.
Not a bad shop if you need it in a pinch, just not for me.

Worst customer service ever. I was in there for 30-45 minutes with no other customers in the store and no a single employee asked if I needed help. They passed by me multiple times and would just look at me. I dont recommend just because the service is so bad.
