We were just starting out on our way to Newfoundland. About 31/2 hrs down the road my husband smelled something funny and thought it might be the rear end. We called KalTire in Provost Ab and not only did they take us right in the shop (Friday the long weekend in May) but checked us over and sent us merrily on our way. It is rare in this day and age to find people who are so kind
And caring. We will hold a special place in our hearts for you. ❤️

Recently had a slow leak, stopped in, staff were amazing, repair was relatively cheap. Great guys! Jon and Dean were very professional and personable! Jason and Ty knew what they were doing. Quick and efficient!

Was passing through town yesterday & these guys totally saved me after I got myself into a disappointing situation with my car. Even though they were busy, they took a look at my car for me right away, got the part ordered for me, and gave me a loaner vehicle so I can still make the wedding this weekend, and they’re letting me use it until I pass back through on my way home. I am extremely grateful for how accommodating they were. Not only that, but they were honest with me about the issue with my car, as well as the price. Wish there were more good people like these guys back in my home city!

Kal Tire Provost, booked an appointment. They got all the work done on a busy Friday and I was able to get my truck inspected and repaired all in the same day. They really helped me out so I could be ready for work. Thanks to Dean, Kelly and the mechanic that did all the work on my truck. I appreciate the attention to detail with the inspection. The cost was reasonable but most of all they were willing to do whatever it took so my truck would be ready that day. Great people that contribute to the community. Well known and liked in our small town of Provost. Thanks a lot to the whole Kal Tire team.

Terrific tire shop. I bought 6 new rims for my semi, a few days later I washed the truck and 2 rims must of had a reaction to road dirt or cold temp or both but the finish was all messed up, the other 4 were good as new. Kelly and team happily switched the 2 out and I couldn't be happier. I've been to Kal Provost here and there for other things and left happy every time.

Kal Tire Provost is the best customer service I've experienced! Kelly is very knowledgeable and went above & beyond helping us to get the tires we need while the other Kal Tire stores can't help us.

I was going through Provost on a long road trip last Friday. I had had a tire that came out of balance and it was so bad I could hardly drive it and it needed immediate attention. We knew it was a long shot getting anyone to have a look @ 5:30 on a Friday but we gave it a try. They answered the phone and they were happy to help me out and get me back on the road. Amazing service and I was just a stranger going through town. I could tell by the amount of friendly staff around for that time of a day on a Friday this was a good place to work and do business.

Thanks to Dean and the guys and girls for saving the day yesterday. Had a blow out 10 minutes south of town, called up Dean, he had 4 goodrides in stock for me and stayed open past closing hours until the truck was rolling on a fresh set. Not only was the shop working quick but they were accurate as well. no balance shakes, wheels were torqued properly. Price was great, service was great from everyone working. Very much appreciated being back home in Edmonton before dark. Thanks again to everyone at this Kal tire location, it won't be forgotten.

Dean & the crew on July 25th were absolutely fantastic. We recently purchased a truck and the tires had seen better days, but getting 15" tires seems like quite the struggle now since everything comes factory with 20's now! The truck suffered a blow out on the highway while the other half was making a quick trip, at 15 to 5, and the guys stayed behind and got them all swapped over to a new set at a great price. Couldn't be happier with the service he received and he raved about you all night! Thanks so much for saving the day, it's greatly appreciated!
