We use to live in Taber and always went to the Taber emergency and wait time was usually 10 to 15 minutes. We moved to close to Raymond and the first time going here took us 3 hours until we could see the doctor and then took another 2 to 3 hours until he told us to go. Last couple times we went there was even worse. We’re just going to go to Taber next time we have something. Wish I could not even give them a 1 star even

This place sucks I got here at 6:30 in the morning and there was no one else here so I figured I will be in and out nope I’ve been sitting here for 3 hours and the doctor just showed up to the hospital to do his job

This was my first time at the ER in Raymond. No wait time. I was seen to immediately by Dr. Stephanie Wickersham Napier and staff on January 22/24. The compassion, concern, efficiency and support I received from the staff that night was absolutely wonderful. I thank you all for the exceptional service!!

Dr. G Smith was amazing with concerns we had for our newborn baby, he went above and beyond to make sure she gets the tests she needs.

This is the worst, most appalling hospital I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. From the uncaring, unprofessional nurses and staff to the doctors who seemingly don't care about their patients well being - it is disgusting that this place is operational. If you value your life, don't go here its not worth it they won't help you.

I went to the Raymond Health Centre to get blood work done. When I got there because I have a cough they made me go through a back door and sat me in a hallway separately. Due to covid policy, fine whatever.
Where I draw the line is them doing my blood work in the hallway when there are perfectly good rooms available for this to be done.
I'm sorry but this is not sanitary she grabbed a random chair in the hallway and put all my stuff on it.
Thats not okay.

I had to go to emergency because I couldn’t keep fluids down, I fell asleep on a bed and woke up to the nurse taking my blood which is not ok?? And she continued to ask me personal information in front of my father who refused to leave while I was clearly uncomfortable answering in front of him.. not fun

Been off work for months now waiting for an mri. They did not put emergency on it the first time. Scheduled me in for over a year later. Cool thanks guess I won't work for a year... really starting to see how people can lose everything due to a bad health care system. Been months off work now thanks to this places incompetent doctors.

If you have an appointment for, say, 10:00, there's really no reason to show up until about 11:00 or 11:30 If you do, you'll just be sitting there waiting anyway. Evidently the booking system here is severely flawed.
