These bathrooms are absolutely rancid and smell of old shoes and old urine it's super cramped inside the bathrooms, and the store is super cramped as well. Didn't but anything thankfully cause I thought I'd die from the smell, so I immediately left. They should put caution tap all over the bathrooms to earn people of the terrible smells

Very discriminating towards white people. Went for an interview walked in and first thing he said was “oh you’re not international? We no longer do interview because you no international “ . For me this is ridiculous as he is disrespectful and discriminating towards white people. I don’t agree with this. Everyone deserves a job especially Canadians?.

You can inform you the Asian man working at the front desk, you can infact accept an expired ID with a temporary paper Id. Call the registries and check because you are able this is why they leave you now with your old card.

After driving many hours from Vancouver I entered the store with my small under 10 lb dog. I provided appropriate documentation to verify my support animal. To my surprise I was approached by what translated as a very aggressive employee. I couldn’t make out their comments and as I came close I was informed, “I was breaking the law” and they could call the police.” A bystander stopped me to inform me that they didn’t agree by how rude and inappropriate I was approached. There’s a need to be kind and understanding in customer service.

I was driving from innisfail on my way to work this morning around 7-8am and I stopped in to use the restroom and it was disgusting. The smell of urine was just revolting and no paper towel. To boot the employee was on his phone not paying attention. I grabbed what I needed and went up to the counter and he was still on his phone. His name was Mateo or at least thats what it said on his name tag. Very poor service and a nasty bathroom I have been through this store before but only when another gentleman was working micheal I think his name was but he had everything spotless. But this guy today does not make the business look good at all.

NO TOILET PAPER, NO PAPER TOWEL, NO NOTICE, and NO REMORSE. I’m baffled this place is still in operation - this has to be a health code violation! Legitimately disgusting. Go to the Petro-Canada 30 seconds up the road.

Friday night, April 1st, 11:15 p.m. only place open you can grab something to eat in Gasoline Alley. Thank you for being open at this time of day. Wonderful staff member that was friendly. I appreciate that you guys are open and actually still treat the area with respect for truckers and travellers.
