I'm so glad I stopped by American Eagle at Bower Mall in Red Deer on May 4, 2024! Eric was incredibly helpful in finding exactly what I was looking for. He's a very knowledgeable associate, and the jeans I bought for my husband fit him perfectly - he was amazed by how comfortable and well-fitting they were! The ladies at the checkout are always super friendly and smiley. I love this store and will definitely be back again! Thank you!

Today was our first time shopping in American Eagle. We weren't going to stop in, but are very pleased we did! Dusty was so helpful and made sure our experience was amazing! We found some cute items, at a great price and we will definitely be back again soon. Such a pleasure being treated so kindly! It's hard to find that level of service nowadays!

Recently stopped in to buy some jeans, the girl at the counter who helped me on Feb 16 on Reg 2 in the afternoon was great! She helped me find exactly what I needed, the girl working the change rooms was wonderful too. Thank you !

Always great products, good sales and EXCELLENT staff. We buy for our granddaughters and are in the store frequently. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the sales associates here. Customer service at this location is phenomenal! The girl who I assume to be the manager is awesome and seems to care a lot about her staff and customers. It felt welcoming and no matter how many different sizes and styles I tried on they made sure I left with something that fit and was comfortable for me. 10/10 shopping experience!

The staff at this store are excellent - nothing is too much trouble! They offer help but do not intrude when it is not needed. They give honest opinions even if that means they lose a sale. The product is great and reasonably priced.Of special mention on our last visit was Nadine. Thanks for your extra special help this time! Phenomenal service!!! I was there on boxing day and let me tell you busy is an understatement. There were swamped but still made time for everyone and the manager bought the staff pizza so they didn't have to deal with the food court. 10/10???

the ladies at this location are fantastic! as a plus sized woman it’s hard to find jeans that work for me, and i’ve always had such a great help here finding mine. they even let me bring back my jeans that had ripped to exchange with no issues 3 months later. i’ll definitely only buy my jeans here!
