Went to this store yesterday. Staff were not very friendly. Went to try on an item in the change room and the staff helping me with a change room was rude. When I came back out of the change there was a different girl she was nice. Then I went up to pay for my item and I was the second person in line. My mom and I waited in line while the lady in front of us paid for her item. There were two girls up at the front desk at this time. One was doing the ladies transaction, one was literally on her phone in front of us. Didn’t offer to help us at all. She was on her phone for a couple minutes and then looked up and walked away from the front desk without helping us at all and I watched her walk to another area of the store to once again go on her phone and ignore customers. After this the lady in front of us was done her transaction, I went up to pay for the item I was buying and the cashier talked to me like I was stupid. After paying for my item and I was leaving, the same girl went back up to front desk and sat on her phone again in front of everyone. Didn’t appreciate any of that. I was not satisfied with this experience.

What a great store . The new location in the Mall is a lot bigger . Easier to see merchandise. Staff is very friendly and helpful .Will definitely be back to shop .

The girl working the front desk was so unprofessional. She was talking to me like I was stupid, called other customers stupid because I ‘checked the time they closed before going’ but then yet didn’t even remove the tags off of my items.

There’s always cute shirts & clothing at great prices which I love. However every single time I've come here within the past year or 2, you have to go up to the front counter and stand in line to ask for a change room because there are no employees to be seen anywhere. Shouldn’t take 30 minutes to get a change room. More staff is needed and the staff you do have in this store need to learn customer service 101. I really appreciate the odd bunch that are actually nice and make you feel welcome and not like a pest. Just sad to see such a decline in customer service over the years.
