When I say “No” when you ask for my email… it means “No”.It does not mean ask me if you already have it, and just want to confirm it.It doesn’t not mean ask me if I’m sure.It does not mean ask me 3 more times.It. Means. No.I’ve worked in sales, I understand having to ask. I understand that the push to continue to ask comes from upper management. So this is a message for upper management.All this does is make me not want to purchase your products. My husband refuses to come with me now because the last time he had to awkwardly say to the clerk “Can we just get our bags please?!” When she asked 3 times, that’s incredibly excessive. Especially considering you people do already have my damn email.I can genuinely say I used to shop there at least once a week. But due to how awkward your clerks make it when it comes time to pay, I no longer visit as often. We actually found an alternative to scents for my home so we don’t have to go through the awkward email push anymore. My Scentsy rep thanks you.This review comes from my wanting to grab a candle for a decor piece I created, and left feeling awkward all over again.The email push is incredibly excessive. Stop with the email push.

I love all the sales and candles. My favourites are the hand sanitizers, 3 Wick candles, 1 wick candles, fragrance mix, body moisturizer. It’s great with all the smells. You can smell it from the other side of the mall! I don’t like the soap because it makes my hands dry out. Overall: Good, great smells, soap dries my hands out

***WARNING**** DO NOT USE ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS ON YOUR HAIR!!!READ BEFORE YOU DYE YOUR HAIR!!!!!I used a hair product on mine LONGER then 3 years ago and i went to get highlights in my hair and now it could be ruined. The ingredients in the products they make reacts with bleach and makes your hair fall out. If your about to get your hair done and have even put their perfume in your hair then do not get it bleached. You need to treat it with a baking soda and 90% alchohol mixture atleast 5 times if you dont want your hair fried off. The product stays on your hair so much that the hair reaction i had was big and puffy and happened in like not even 20 minutes, And please be aware that even if you havent used one of these products in 5 years it will still ruin your hair.Please be careful!!!!

It's usually pretty busy when I shop at BBW, but the store is kept very clean and organized. The staff is super friendly, welcoming and helpful (maybe too helpful sometimes, it would be nice to shop without being asked multiple times if I need assistance). The cashier process usually goes pretty quickly, even when there is a long line. But please, oh please, stop asking for my email every time I shop. Overall it's a great store!
