Worst costumer services ever yesterday around noon. 3 girls nobody said hi, no one offered a dressing room, they didn’t come check on my daughter to see if she needed any help instead I had to go get a different size for her. When we left they stayed right behind the till and said have a good day the nerve and they didn’t help anyone. To worried about how they looked and what happened Boxing Day. My daughter is 13 and knew how bad the costumer services was she said “even if she liked the clothes she wouldn’t buy them there because the girls were so rude”

Staff didn’t give us the time of day. Stood behind the till having a conversation together as we walked through the whole store. More important than working I guess?

There was a lady in the store tonight that exemplified friendly customer service. I was in the market for a new pair of jeans, & she went over and above to help me. Although the store didn’t have what I was looking for, she advised me to take pics of what I liked and check online for sizes because there’s free returns in-store, then she wished me luck on my hunt. An hour later she caught me walking by the store on my way out of the mall, sincerely hoping I found what I was looking for & taking interest in my purchase. I’ll make sure I shop at Below The Belt again & kudos for her for being a great human. Cheers!

Came here with my daughter looking for a new pair of jeans for back to school. My daughter is extremely picky and self conscious but the girls working here were SOOOO kind and accommodating.Jaden instantly offered to help us and gave my daughter many options to choose from and made the experience so easy for me being high anxiety and my daughter very indecisive.Jaden and Emily are great girls and I appreciate their help and kindness today! Will be back for sure :)

Very poor service. 3 staff in the store visiting and we were the only customers. It appeared we were interrupting them in asking for help.

staff is absolutely horrible, no one wears a a mask and they stand outside the store making everyone uncomfortable and this makes customers not want to come in.I tried to go in one time and there was a note saying “be back in 30 minutes” I sat and waited outside their store for almost a hour, everyone one of their staff went on break together for some reason ?? Store is dirty staff is rude and anti mask
