Bluenotes is really a go to place to shop. They sell trendy clothes at a very affordable price. I would probably go back to buy more. I also like how staffs are smiling at everyone and are willing to help costumers anytime.

My wife and I went to get some jeans because of the sale for 20$ jeans. It had a smaller sign and a big one placed on the front window saying as much. When we get to the till we find out that is not actually the price nor will they be honoring it. I find out the girl working is a part time manager and that her superiors told her even though the signs are up that she is to ignore them as that is not the deal, it's buy one get one. We only wanted 1 pair of jeans for 20$ but yet they stuck to their blatant false advertising scam. Very scummy business practice.

Blue Notes Red Deer is the worst dept store when it comes to Service experience. The managers need training, if the top is rotten, don't expect great results from the bottom and neither greater results in sales. I hate when people experience bad service and there is no one to talk to especially when the bad service comes from the leader of the team. People should be mindful that without customers you don't have a job. The reason people tolerate the behavior is the price of products.Top Management for Bluenotes must know that the only thing keeping your store profitable and productive has nothing to do with management of the client experience. For such a small community we can't tolerate bad service.

bait and switch - picked up an item at their advertised sale price, they literally changed the sign on my way to the till and would not honor their advertised sale price.

If I had a choice to give them 0 stars I would have. We wanted to return a shirt that the lady working there said we can return it in 30 days but, when we tried to return it the same lady argued that we had to return it or exchange the shirt in 14 days.

Awful experience! If I could give zero stars I would.Wasn’t greeted or asked if I needed help finding anything and the store was DISGUSTING. Everything was out of place and the change rooms were full of trash and hangers all over the floor.

Deals are nice. Lights aren't working properly, as you move to the back of the store they flicker like a bad horror movie scene. Also, nothing has been actually cleaned, dust every where. We went to get mens jeans and the piles look nice but they are not sorted by size and in some cases we found several styles in the same stack. Staff was friendly but all clumped in one spot and when we asked for help finding a size one gal looked for a minute and then said 'look online'. I continued to look and found our size in the store. Change room area needs work. I understand it's hard in retail right now but hopefully they can pick things up soon.
