4 employees at the till right now with customers lined up at least 3 of us. Only one of them actually was working the other three ignored our group of five completely as well as the other people behind us to continue their conversation. Terrible customer service.

My wife and 16 year old son went to Boathouse for some back to school clothing. Sales associate Angelyn took the time to suggest all kinds of “cool” yet still comfortable clothing my Son might be interested in. She was able to suggest some amazing new options and took the awkward shopping experience and made it enjoyable. He’s never been so proud and happy with his outfits. Thank you so much!

Stood in the store for at least 20mins by the shoes and had five different associates stare at us and walk away! One even made a snuff noise and walked off!
March 29, at 440pm ! Hope the staff gets reprimanded for their terrible attitudes there’s decent people out there looking for work who would be glad to have a job to pay their bills!

Horrible place to shop! There were 5 staff members in the store, all of which ignored my family and I. When asked for help they rolled their eyes like we were an inconvenience to them. I wouldn't ever recommend this location to anyone! Save your money people, shop somewhere else!

Shopped online. Took the order and money. Only sent half the items. Now I have to file a claim with Visa. Buyer beware is all I can tell ya.

Went in to buy a shirt for my husband. He ended up not liking it so I came back to return it two days later. The lady, who I’m assuming is the manager, had an attitude about it even though I had the receipt with me and even showed my Apple pay to show I purchased it. She gave me a refund but my Visa card got charged again so I brought it the next day. I went back and asked about it and the lady, with the same attitude, told me it was just going to take longer to process because it’s on a visa. I have never had a refund take so long to process and I don’t even want to go back because I don’t want to deal with the horrible customer service. Now I know to never purchase anything from this location ever again. To anyone considering buying from here, don’t.

Manager there is incredibly rude, normally love shopping there but will now refuse to even go in if I see her working. She makes me feel very uncomfortable. Quick rave the another worker who had actually helped and took her time to help me look for a gift wish, on the 2nd I wish I got her name. The manager maybe needs to take some lessons from her. Reading other reviews sounds like someone needs to be fired?

Absolutely love this store. I come from Edmonton to shop here. Best clothes and brands and always have stock and sizes available. This place is one of those gems. I’ll be shopping here always.

We should have read the reviews first.... WORST place on the planet to deal with. Every single order we place online, gets either cancelled or half the items are cancelled, due to not being available.... Yet we have to pay shipping charges on half-filled orders with no recourse!!! We'll NEVER order anything from you again.

I had such a lovely experience there yesterday! There was a gentleman that informed me of the sales going on and when I went to the counter he seemed just as excited as I was about the discount I was getting because of the sale, just an overall very positive experience!
