Had the best shopping experience ever. Ariana was so helpful and accommodating. She went above and beyond, making sure I had the right sizes and offered me numerous choices of accessories. Best shopping experience ever.

If you look at the Bootlegger website, it says Silver Jeans are 30% off. At the store it says buy one get one 60%... same diff right? Except they only had 1 pair of Jeans in my sons size in the style he likes. I mentioned the online promotion, crickets. Called Bootlegger themselves and they said promotions online can be different than the ones in the store. Than WHY have it so I can go online and find the store that has the Jeans I'm wanting to purchase in stock just for me to drive there to find out it is a different promotion?? You think the store would just honor it considering the savings is identical ?
The sales staff that "helped" me was polite, which is the ONLY reason I gave this store a 3. I will be shopping at Mark's from now on. I work for a corporation and I guarantee you any price/promotion on the website is identical to what they run in store!

Extremely unprofessional, I had come into the store looking for clothes for a party I was going to. However as I was getting assisted by one of the employees the manager had pulled them away and begun berating them near me.

Extremely helpful and always friendly. The Bower place location is one of my favourite places to shop because of the staff. The young ladies are so one point and ready. So much better than other stores in the mall.

Noah just so happens to be here when I need help finding something that fits! He greets me right away & asks the right questions and it's in the first try that they fit perfectly. This Mom needed new jeans without knowing my size for 2 years, and left happily in a short amount of time. Thanks Noah!

Shopping for jeans is one of my most disliked activities, but my sales lady was terrific and made it an awesome experience. Destiny was helpful, patient and was very honest about how different jeans fit me. I left there feeling way better about myself and shopping for jeans. There was also an awesome sale that topped off the experience. Thank you Destiny for making my experience way better than expected.

Noah was fantastic! I’ve started a weight loss journey and wasn’t sure what was going to fit or what I wanted. Noah asked me all kinds of questions to figure things out for me and was incredibly patient. He tried all types of brands and styles with me until we found the right fit. Would definitely recommend him.

I came into bootlegger today to exchange a jacket that I received as a gift, after another bootlegger refused to help me out. Within 5 minutes they had exchanged the jacket for one that was similar even though I did not have the receipt. They were super helpful and extremely friendly. I will be driving across town to go to this bootlegger for now on
