So I haven't been to burger King for a while.Today I decided to go there and boom this is what I got as a medium size drink.How the hell you all reduce the size of cup but not the price.I was told that they have reduced medium cup so now small cup is considered medium well might as well charge us for a small cup price not a medium cup price. Then hand us a small cup. Not fair bring back medium cups or reduced the price of the drink

The order was made incorrectly the first time. I called and notified, they than stated come in next time and they would replace the order. I went in, and was given absolute attitude and rudeness by the staff. It was not my choice for making burgers instead of chicken, also, and to respond to a customer "here double check yourself, so you don't whine next time?" Excuse me, but I was polite, and there was no need for the rudeness. For someone who frequents Burger King, to have that disrespect. I will be notifying corporate.

Love the impossible burger, wish they had jalapeños at all of the locations still and made the impossible without mayo. There's never ice in their ice machines

Burger King just raised their prices but shrunk the size of their "regular" sized drink and only half filled their poutine box. Feeling pretty ripped off. I'll think twice next time I'm craving a burger.

So I don’t usually go to Burger King, but I decided to go on Tuesday and the customer service is always great. The lady was very sweet. But as I was eating my burger at home I was halfway done and I found a black hair in my food. Mind you, I have red hair. Instantly lost my appetite and will not be coming back.

Another fast food establishment that has gone down the craρρer because of low quality food and awful service. And with them hiring foreign ωσrkers (iηdîaηs), lack of food hygiene is also a big concern.

Ordered on the app and it went through. We were charged $28, get up to the window and the idiot told us the app wasn't connected to their store for an online order. We went inside and showed them proof of purchase as well as the money taken from ourbank account. They refused to do anything about it. Saying "maybe bank give you back money"Don't waste your time or money on this establishment. Extremely disappointed in the service. Can't believe we were just robbed by Burger King 2 weeks before Christmas.

I think Burger King is a scam and a bloody shame simply because they are selling plant based burgers to clients without informing clients that they are being served fake burgers. All plant based burgers should be put under a plant based category and not just mix everything up to confuse clients. You lot just lost a client in me. You never getting a dime of my money againVegetarian options: it should be under a totally separate category as some of us hate vegan burgers

Absolutely horrible service. Waited over 20 minutes for our order because of a supposed 5 minute wait for my impossible burger. They made up the whole order and let it sit for the whole 20 plus minutes. All the rest of the meal, fries etc all ice cold only the impossible burger was warm. Both milk shakes melted into goo. When it was finally delivered to the vehicle when I asked about the wait he just walked away. When I called to complain all I got was it takes time to cook it and we were busy with a 3 cars in the parking lot. Absolutely horrible restaurant. Would never recommend it to anyone.

Made an online order needed to talk to someone about the order that skip had no option to change . I called 5 times not once could someone just answer the phone so now my order will not be what I wanted . I do this with Wendy's and everywhere else and its fine, easy, not a problem and I get my food exactly the way I want it. I have extremely sensitive teeth and I simply don't want ice in my drinks because its nearly impossible to drink . And no one can answer the damn phone. But everyother place always does with no problems. This is very frustrating . If they aren't going to answer their phones they need to make options on skip to add notes on each item like alot of places do on skip... now I'm paying for drinks I can't even have without bothering my teeth . Super frustrating .
