Whenever I need, I go to the Bower mall’s shopper post office, every time I go there my experience is very bad, the entire staff is very rude, first of all Susan, she said I’m the manager, she’s the rude manager I’ve ever seen, I went there to return my post last week, first I spoke with Susan. she just yelled at me and my husband.
And my husband said that would be nice if you speak respectfuly, she said I speak respectfuly, and she throw my mail to the other old lady , she said I’m done with them, help this costumer, I wanted to fight with her but my husband said let’s just go.
If you can’t work and have no patiente stay home don’t waste the other people’s time.
Definitely I never wana go back to that post office again.

The lady Susan at front desk is very rude when speaking to customer’s management should do something about there staff the older lady at the front was very nice and respectful but Susan is very arrogant and shouldn’t work in customer service she also speaks poorly to her co workers

I was very impressed with the ladies at this post office. Including the manager. She was helping a group of ladies from the Ukraine that did not speak English very well. She was so patient with them and went above and beyond to get there mail together. They were there to send there document to the government. She then served me and made so many option to choose from for the best value. I will never go any where else now.

Went there for parcel pick up on 30th March 2024, served by a rude manager, terrible customer service, but saw her talking nicely to other customers. I had same experience before as well, and that seems racist to me. After being served that way, I just went away without saying a word. Called store again to talk to supervisor and I was not provided with any number. Although i got some issue before and other location of canada post provided me with supervisor contact number. Terrible service.

Every time I’ve gone I’ve ended up leaving because the lines are long and the service is sooooo slow. Today it seemed like the employee didn’t know what she was doing it was taking forever.

I was there around 4:05 PM today (April 16 2022). I nicely approached the lady at the desk and told her that i was returning a package. she pushed the box to me and said “nope you can’t return this, we don’t do UPS” this is my first time returning a package and going there so i completely understand that they couldn’t handle my package but it was not necessary for her to have an attitude and push the package to me while i wasn’t even done completing my sentence. my sister then asked her where we could return it and she said something like “nope can’t help you”. me and my sister approached and talked to her in the nicest way the whole conversation. not very professional of her.
