I booked my car in for a tire change after order new tires and rims. I do not have automatic locks but the key works fine. Canadian tire kept my car for three days and when I went to pickup my car as they still did not have the correct rims in stock I found bright green tape over my steering wheel saying door unlocked while my car sat in the parking lot. I canceled my whole order and will never return.

Worst. customer. service. ever. Night manager or whatever he is, why is it that Canadian Tire doesn't teach basic social skills?? Or why do they hire people that have zero. Between him and the lady facing shelves yelling out without even looking up where to find moving boxes,I feel embarrassed for you. One of the worst experience I have faced ever...specially at auto department...they never pick calls.....after trying 10 15 calls they pick up everytime...Dont know what manager over their is doing dont know what the team is doing and what he/she is doing....Need to teach them how to qork which they are paid....and phone is to attend not to keep it ringing....need a big change at auto part specailly manager who not abe to handle this untoleratable situation causing by her/his team

Took car in for slow leak in tires.
Couldn't find leak so told me all 4 valves needed replacing.
When I cancelled it I was told my brakes needed replacing.
No diagnostic was done.
Taken to another place.
The brakes were done in
Rocky Mtn House, this was not true.
I then told them they were taking advantage of me.
Carrie was not working this day.

The auto department of this store only know how to waste your time and mess up your vehicle. Terrible customer service.
I'll elaborate: these guys changed my winter tires to my summer tires a few months ago, and did a wheel alignment plus and inspection (shoddy at best) Since then there has been an annoying ticking noise coming from my front right tire, so yesterday I finally had enough of it, and needed some stuff there anyways. So I asked their auto department (nice kid and helpful staff) if i could get it looked at and fixed he said yes no problem bring it in tomorrow at 1pm, "we did the work so there will be no charge."
Today I went at 1pm, where 2 totally different staff were at the counter, I waited a few minutes only to be told that I would have to pay for a new inspection and any work that had to be done because it was "past 101 days since the work", so they intentionally wasted my time, I walked out because I can just do this myself just figured they caused it, they can fix it. I won't be coming back except to return the $300 in merchandise I bought when I was there yesterday and taking my business elsewhere.

Changed my 5 star review to 3 based on my most recent experience. Was looking for a product and spent quite a long time in the aisle. I heard a couple of people having a conversation close by, and when I looked over, I realized they were employees. It was obvious that they were focused on their conversation and not at all on customer service. I went over and asked for assistance, and one employee came over and tried to help me, but clearly had no idea. He did call his supervisor soon after to assist, which I really appreciated. The supervisor came over and gave me their honest advice, which again, I appreciated. However, he watched me lift a 5 gallon pail out of my cart to put back on the shelf without offering assistance. Employees were nice and tried to offer verbal assistance after I had to interrupt personal conversation. Based on this experience, 3 stars. If you're getting paid to work at your job, customer service should be your first focus, not your coworker's stories and complaints.

I had a positive experience returning an item at this store. thanks to an exceptional employee (Manhoot) at the customer service desk. She greeted me with a friendly smile and Her helpful attitude really stood out.I appreciate her excellent customer service! It was a really nice experience.

The automotive department doesn't like to pick up the phone, unless it's to put you on hold again to stop the ringing (without saying anything). It's a Tuesday at 1:30, like c'mon, pretty poor.
