My experience with CARSTAR was nothing short of exceptional. Brian was my point guy and over the last week I’ve gotten more help and information from him than I have my insurance company TD. They were open and honest with their communication in regards to my truck and incredibly kind with my frustration (not towards them) as this has been going on for 2 months. Can’t recommend them enough, especially because they don’t get compensated when vehicles are written off.

Had an amazing experience with Carstar. Not only did they fix my car but they also cleaned and vacuumed the interior! I was not expecting that, I’m very grateful to the whole team for all that they have done. Everyone had outstanding customer service and I highly recommend everyone here!

We brought our car in to be inspected. Carstar could have taken advantage of the situation, and likely charged us a lot. Instead they were honest, took the time to buff the dent free of charge, and referred us to a dent clinic. We value this integrity in a company as so often it's hard to find these days. Darryl and Mike were a pleasure to deal with and were prompt and professional every step of the way. They corresponded with our insurance company when needed, as important information was not relayed between different groups at the insurance company which prolonged action on our claim. Even though the vehicle was written off in the end, I am very confident the repair would have been A+ and I would not hesitate to come back in the future and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable body shop!!
