They all amazing people from the staffs like matt, ken, and the 2 other staffs specially Santana she is a great supervisor. Thats why I keep coming back to pawn and buy staffs. Its always a good deal.

Horrible rates really bad service when explaining a pawn\loan as I almost lost my belongings thinking I could pay down the items pawned but it would cost triple the price to do so. Thank god I could just pull my belongings out as this place is set up to keep your stuff and make getting it back almost impossible. The rates are the worst in Canada and I hope this business goes bankrupt as it a parasite on the good people of Red Deer

Lovely customer service, with lovely representatives. Fair prices, and reasonable amount of cash for pawning items. Remember people buying something and then pawnin it after its use is not going to guarantee the same price you purchased it for, its used depends on how its condition is in order to give reasonable pricing. Otherwise amazing services.

Horrible customer service, every time I go in there the service gets worse instead of better. When you ask for an explanation on their prices both pawning and buying never get a straight answer. Always a run around. I will complete my business with them this week and will never return again. I will go elsewhere with my money

I am now calling red deer rcmp because 3 of my xbox one games were stolen from your store and the best you can do is offer me a discount on your used scratched up games on the floor ..Rcmp office is closed until morning unless 911..So I will be making a call again first thing on the morning..There is a thief in your store that stole my property under your care
