I could have sworn I've reviewed this CIBC before. The staff is painfully slow, I was waiting in line for nearly an hour- people giving up and leaving around me until I too, walked out. Guess I'll be borrowing money from my mother and paying bills late. Thanks CIBC.I'm extremely disappointed with how fast the service is. While Bill, and the woman with long lashes- are fine, the rest of the staff is pitifully slow at this location. Bo matter how long the line is, they move at a snails pace. Zero sense of urgency.

Clean up all that birdcrap outside, Get a fancy renovation and can't keep up the appearance outside??? That's how disease spreads and people get sick. It's disgusting and you all obviously walk past it every morning.9 tills only ever have 2 open always a line of 8+ people, and tellers are slow and uninformative always need to get supervisor as they are poorly trained. Prob gonna switch banks too cheap to be fully staffed not sure I wanna bank with cheapskates

Came here specifically because it said it was open on Sept.30 and it was closed. I double checked and it said it was vlosing on the Monday for the holiday, very annoying as had donations to make for their charity run!

The slowest branch of any bank always a huge line What a joke I have been trying to book an appointment for months here and they always cancel or reschedule or tell me I cant even book online

I had one of the tellers lie straight to my face and say that endorsing a cheque over to someone else was no longer an option. My young daughter does not have her own checking account and due to banking hours, overlapping with her school hours we have been unable to open up an account, except for on Saturdays. When we went in today to do this, they didn’t have time to, which is understandable however, the small paycheque she got was not allowed to be cashed without a bank account. When I inquired about her signing the back and endorsing it over to myself, and putting it into my account the teller told me that that was no longer an option and it was illegal. She then told us to go to ‘money mart’. It’s not illegal and if she honestly thinks it is maybe she needs better training.

I cannot believe how customer service has deteriorated over the years. After waiting three days for a return call for booking an appointment I have decided I no longer wish to transfer my accounts to this branch. I guess I should have read the previous reviews first. It should be a zero rating, totally unsatisfactory service.

I had a major issue with my bank account and had to get a new debit card today. The process was quick and easy. The teller was very helpful and I received excellent customer service. I'm happy that this is my bank

Very slow service. Took 20 minutes waiting in line just to close an account.Also, had 3 cents owed and they decided to keep it with the excuse of “they don’t have pennie’s anymore”. They are supposed to round that up to 5 cents and give that to the customer.

Update your hours so I dont drive all the way across red deer to the only CIBC that's open Saturday only to see a sandwich board stating that there is no teller service.

The worst CIBC brach I ever visited. I have ordered a cheque book for my business account and ended up getting wrong companies name. She submitted the wrong companies name for printing, went back to bank to get it fix and she order another one guess what she messed up again. What a joke.On top charged again for her mistake and when I talked to her she said “ I thought you said you are ok paying again” why I will pay again for someone else mistake.

Hands down, am dealing with the WORST customer service out of this branch yet. Have banked with CIBC for 30+ years and am ready to pull the pin and seek a different bank altogether. Would give a zero star if I could.
