Employee named k. Madhu rang me through for 4 frosters that I ordered. When I went to the ice cream machine I noticed it was broken. I went to tell madhu but he told me the machine was out of order on Tuesdays because they clean it. I shared with him he charged me for 4 frosters but they didn’t even have any ice cream. Turns out he full on knew the ice cream machine was not working, proceeded to let me order frosters, not tell me he only charged me for slushies, and then proceeded to also not tell me there was no ice cream as well. Instead he was too busy asking me where I was from which by the way he asks me every time I go there, it is getting to be very uncomfortable. Honestly i am very disappointed. Terrible customer service. It’s not that hard to tell someone the dang ice cream machine doesn’t work.

This is my usual convenience store that I shop at, and everytime there has been an older fellow who has been wonderful. He has given wondering customer service. Lately there has been a younger fellow with black curly hair, and looks like he is in his 20s. I have had nothing but problems with this younger fellow, he has very poor customer service. I was just shopping at the store, picking up some snacks and also a pack of cigarettes. I am 18 and going on 19, I have the legal ID to prove it as well as tattoos on my body. When I asked for the cigarettes I had been pulling out my drivers license, before I could even get it out the young guy looks at me and says "you look 14". I found that comment very rude and I sarcastically replied with "huh thanks", I then pulled out my license and tried to show it to him, but he continued to make the comment that I looked 14. At this point I thought that was very rude so I replied with "no I'm not I am actually almost 19, I have tattoos if you'd like to see" . I showed him my tattoo as well as my drivers license and once more he said that I looked 14, I was pretty frustrated at this point so I told him to look at my license. He then looks at my license and gives me a very snide look. He grabbed the pack, but he didnt put the pack in the bag he just tossed it onto the counter. This is not the first time I have had problems with this young guy, but it will certainly be the last. I will not continue shopping there if that guy does not change his attitude.

Stopped by Circle K on 22nd street Red Deer to check my lotto ticket. Really long lineup, but every customer was served quickly. Nice store, tons of drink & snack selections, slurpee machine, soft serve ice cream machine, nacho station etc. Lots of options here. You can even mix soft serve ice cream with slurpee to make a screamer.

I took my kid in with his pet lizard, and at the time the lizard was inside his jacket, and nothing was wrong, but the lizard poked his head out of my sons jacket, then the staff member at the till started to yell at my son to get out, and there was no warning or anything before, just saw the lizard and started to yell

Nice store, tons of drink & snack selections, slurpee machine, soft serve ice cream machine, nacho station etc. Lots of options here. You can even mix soft serve ice cream with slurpee to make a screamer.

Typical Circle K store. I prefer the male staff members to the female as she is never in the store when you walk in. She comes out of the back room wondering what you want like you're an inconvenience to her. Do not like the restrictions in place since covid but appreciate not having to wear a mask.
