Amazing Experience at Claire’s in Bower Place – Shoutout to Ms. Nicole!
I visited Claire’s at Bower Place in Red Deer today, and it was hands down one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had! As soon as we walked through the door, we were greeted with the warmest smile and enthusiasm from Ms. Nicole. She immediately made us feel welcome and excitedly informed us about the fantastic ongoing promotion – it was such a pleasant surprise and really added to the fun of our visit.
Ms. Nicole’s customer service was outstanding – friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for, offering great recommendations and making the whole process enjoyable. The store was bright, well-organized, and stocked with all the trendy accessories and jewelry that Claire’s is known for.
If you’re in Red Deer, definitely stop by Claire’s at Bower Place and ask for Ms. Nicole – she truly makes the difference and turns a regular shopping trip into something special. Thank you for the exceptional service! We’ll be back soon. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The staff was so great with my 10 year old. They made her comfortable, and did it so fast. They did a great job and she had a great experience.

Horrible customer service. Train your staff!!!
We got my daughter's ears pierced at a different Claire's location and had some issues. Long story short, the job was poorly done and the ear stud was broken. Ears were pierced too tight. We came to this Claire's location for some advice. I had 2 clear questions - if they could help us to get the earrings out and if there was a return/exchange policy on the earrings. The staff member was rude and started blaming us for pushing the back of the earrings and making it tight even though we didn't do anything like that and followed all instructions provided to us after the procedure. I tried to explain we were not there to blame them, just asked if they could help somehow. She kept being rude, said they didn't have the earrings to replace and we have to come back when they are restocked.
On our way out we stopped at the Wicked and a sweet lady calmly gave us some advice even though it was nothing to do with them.

I recently visited Claire’s earlier today to get myself new Jewelry for my nose piercing. As I POLITELY asked the very older employee to unlock the cabinet for the piercings, she was likely to do so, but as I was ready to get a closer look at the piercings to see if I was satisfied, she clutched the piercings out of my reach and walked away thinking I was ready to checkout. I wasn’t even done my shopping yet! Now I arrived home with the wrong Jewelry and ought to return it. She treated me as if I was going to steal the item just because of my skin tone? I 100% don’t recommend visiting this store due to poor customer service. She definitely shouldn’t treat customers differently due to colour and looks.

This place place reminds me of an outhouse in the middle of the woods. Smells bad and probably has dead bodies under it. I mean, the manager herself looks like shes a literal rotting corpse. I wouldn’t be surprised if there was some eldritch abomination made out of human flesh and bones lived in the back room demanding for sacrifices.
Oh wait, thats just the manager.

Went here today with a few of my friends. I was browsing around the store while waiting for them and looking at a few items. I had an item in my hand that I was holding after ultimately putting it back and decided I didn’t want it.
The entire time I was in there, before my friends arrived and after they arrived, one of the workers was watching me like a hawk.
After I had left the store with my friends I thought all was normal. Granted, I hadn’t bought anything after being in the store for a good 15 minutes. Less than 5 minutes after leaving the store, I had security on me escorting me back to the store.
Turns out, the employee or manager or whatever, assumed I was stealing. And purely based on looks. I walked over to the store with security and there she stood looking all upset. I emptied my pockets for her and went on my way.
Security apologized profusely for what had happened. Needless to say, I really don’t think I will ever come back here. If you’re going to judge a customer purely on looks, you shouldn’t work retail at all. It was uncalled for and rude.

Sherry pierced my 13 year olds ears today and she was so happy with the results. I would take her back any day to get more. 10/10

I called to get some information to get my daughter's ears pierced. The employee was very rude and had a lot of attitude. Due to the rudeness and unprofessionalism I would not recommend this place. Their stuff is also over priced. Overall, bad customer service.

Love the manager at this location she has always gone above and beyond for my girls to make them feel special and appreciated. I bring them here once a month and will continue to do so because of the amazing experiences my daughters continue to have here.

Very rude customer service brought my daughter here few days ago and her earing came out. I brought her back one of the girl was very rude saying they can't touch her ear yet was done here
