I took my daughter Christmas shopping for her brothers to check out some pre black friday deals and they were all so helpful. I ended up purchasing more than I expected and will be back very soon to finish some christmas shopping as they helped my daughter to fill out a wishlist. I actually forgot the bag with my purchases the other day (set it down while helping my kids with their winter jackets, then walked out the door without it), and after emailing to arrange for pickup at a later date, Noel went above and beyond and dropped the bag off at my in-laws' place where we were staying. Thanks so much again for doing me a solid there ?. This is the best shop in Red Deer, and we will be back for sure. Highly Recommended!”

“I just want to say thank you so so much to the two lovely ladies that were working Black Friday for the closing shift, I called in asking if they could do me a big favor, and that was to get 9 items ready for me so I can just come in right before close and pay for them. Since the store closed at 8 and I was off at 7pm I was not sure if I would make it on time. Turns out I did and shopped around some more and got more then expected but totally worth it. “On Feb 9, 2024, bought lovely Expensive Leather Jacket, right away, exactly as needed. 3 Minutes. I noted to Manager at time of purchase the zipper was a struggle. The staff, including the Manager told me'it was stiff becasue it was new."I took the coment at face value.Wearing jacket that evening, working the WKK zipper continued to be a struggle. Three of us were on it.I expect to wear this jacket for 20 years. I needed a good zipper.. WKK is a popular world class zipper, except this was a change with mechanism that clearly did not work.I went back next day and asked for my money back. The clerk on Saturday Refused. She was not the same person who sold it to me yesterday."Company policy: you wear it, you own it.'They did agree to install the standard YKK zipper I had in nearly all my cothes in the last 40 years. And ship it to a Kelowna, BC. Leather Boutique. I live in Revelstoke BC and go to Kelowna once in awhile. I can pick it up in a month or so.Well, OK. In light of the refusal, I was pretty well over the barrel.I see in the review, and as the Clerk let slip there is a history of this new type of YKK zipper. Has issues.Frankly, this was a problem I just did not want to worry about given it's expense etc. I get my money back right now at Costco And I get top quality stuff. I got pretty hot.I hope they back up thier word, and make the repair as promised.I could be dead soon.”

“There was a lady in the store tonight that exemplified friendly customer service. I was in the market for a new pair of jeans, & she went over and above to help me. Although the store didn’t have what I was looking for, she advised me to take pics of what I liked and check online for sizes because there’s free returns in-store, then she wished me luck on my hunt. An hour later she caught me walking by the store on my way out of the mall, sincerely hoping I found what I was looking for & taking interest in my purchase.
