I called the red deer costco liquor store since the products aren't on the app or website. I live on the opposite side of town from the red deer Costco. So I didn't want to waste the gas driving out there. Just to find out they didn't have what I was looking for. The lady that answered was quite rude to me! I wanted to know what was available for vodka. I've been in the liquor store before & know they don't have a big selection of each kind of liquor. So she would have only had to give info of 2 maybe 3 different bottles. Instead of asking me to hold because she was a little busy. She said with attitude "I'm too busy to help u. It's a long weekend so call back tonight" & then she hung up on me. Even though its a Wednesday today not the weekend!! Also i called Costco at 1pm and it's always way more busy in the evening. I have never been treated like that by an employee at any store!! She could have even nicely explained it was busy in the store and asked me to call back in a little bit. But the way she told me she was too busy & hung up on me. Was extremely insulting!! Worst customer service experience!!
