Had to rent a car from Enterprise for a recent insurance claim. The office was insanely busy both times I was there but the staff were amazing. They are friendly and helpful, always go out of their way to make sure I understand everything and am comfortable. I wasn't thrilled with the first vehicle I was given (they had limited availability due to the number of reservations) so they let me come back and exchange it after but got me into the rental that day since I said I had a busy day. I very much appreciated them and the helpful, kind service.

You will be waiting for an hour or more if you try to pick up a vehicle in the morning. Avoid this place if you have any timeframe you're trying to stick to.

I waited nearly three hours while many customers who arrived after me were served and left. I was repeatedly told to wait because an SUV was being prepared for me, which later proved to be untrue.
The office is supposed to close at 5:00 PM, yet we were kept waiting until around 6:00 PM with no clear explanation, mainly because there was only one employee at the front desk.
At around 6:00 PM, I was informed that only a van or a truck was available, despite clearly stating from the beginning that I did not want either option.
The situation worsened due to the employee’s rude behavior. When I asked to speak with a manager, he said, “I am the manager.” I am not sure whether this was accurate, or if it was said simply to prevent me from filing a complaint.
To document the incident and the time I left, I took a photo of the employee and recorded a short video.
Very disappointing experience, especially from a company of this size. I do not recommend this location.

I had a very pleasant experience with Red Deer Enterprise. The staff were all very kind and the customer service was excellent. I used their services when my personal vehicle was being repaired and they made the whole process easy and stress-free. Thank you!

I used the online reservation, pickup at store was maybe a 10 minute wait and the checkout process was easy. The staff work really well together, lots of positive communication and they greeted people warmly. I love their 3 day rental pricing!

I am writing to formally report the extremely unsatisfactory customer service and treatment I received from Enterprise Rent-A-Car regarding the rental vehicle associated with my claim I would never recommend them to anyone.
During the initial inspection, Enterprise did not report three existing cracks/dings on the windshield, which I documented upon receiving the rental. The following day, due to a drastic temperature drop and using the heater, one of these pre-existing cracks spread across the entire windshield.
Enterprise is now holding me responsible for the full $578.00 windshield replacement cost. I view this as completely unacceptable and a potential scam on their behalf, as they failed to accurately document the existing damage. The representative showed absolute disregard for customer service and indicated they would charge my card regardless. I am disappointed and they have made zero effort to reimburse me at all.

I rented a car today VIA company account with a pickup at 9am. I must say I've never seen so many people anywhere at a car rental office all at once, picking up and dropping off all at the same time. I'm talking a raging line! Considering the mob (and them being understaffed) their team was quick, professional and efficient. They did their best and worked hard to take care of customers.

Absolutely friendly atmosphere. They have shuttle service with in the city of Red Deer. All the vehicles are in excellent condition.
