The staff at this Tim Hortons are always so nice and efficient, especially Jorie. Would recommend.

Bigger lady with glasses that works nights sometimes, is so rude. Literally had her hand down her pants to fix her underwear behind till. I left because I did not want that unwashed hand touching my purchases or my change. Grosssssss. The bigger lady also often yells directives across the store to other staff as you are standing at the til. She's just rude. I'm a bigger lady too and this woman is the type who creates stereotypes about all of us.
Other staff talk behind til in another language- that's rude too.
I've never had a cashier here who didn't throw coins on top of your bills when giving change. Do you do that to seniors who have issues with their hands too? Way to be considerate of your customers. Is this in hopes your customers will leave it for u to retrieve later? That's a shady way to give change.
They rarely shovel the sidewalk attatched to the building. Garbage is ALLLLLL over the parking lot. This store has gone way downhill. I remember when Gary owned it way back when. That was the last group of good staff.
You should retrain your staff because their customer service sucks realllllllly bad.

This station is also a 7-11 and Tim Hortons. So you hit the drive through, get your coffee and Tim bits, then pull out and take a left from the exit of the drive through to the pumps.

Terrible. Will not be coming back.
I came to use the car wash, and the power wash machine wouldn’t spray water after I was done with the soap. It was stuck on soap, and like most of them you have to spray a little before it changes…well not this one. It took the last 5 minutes of my wash trying to get it to work. I then went to go talk to the people inside and they at first weren’t very helpful. Telling me that it doesn’t spray soap. After that I asked to speak with the manager, she wasn’t very nice what so ever. After telling her what happened she finally just told the employee to give us a car wash to finish. Could’ve left it at that but no. Then the manager and employees deceive to sit there and say “next time use your time right” like are you joking. It is NOT my fault YOUR machine doesn’t work.
Terrible experience. Don’t recommend.

The windshield wash water always reeks like bilge water. I'd love to wash my windows here while I fill up, but the second I remove the wiper from the water I feel like I'm going to throw up from the smell.
When I fill up on the south side of the pumps, there's always some vehicle(s) trying to squeeze by my car, narrowly missing it by mere centimetres. Please decide whether the south side of your station is a fill up zone or a thoroughfare.

It was late, I wasnt allowed to go inside. Had to pay at the box, the guy working made me feel luke i qas a criminal. I couldnt get the door open and he didnt help me at all. Onve i got it open and put my money ins8de he held the door on his side like i was gonna climb on through anf tob him. It wasnt a pleasant feeling and will never go to that service station again. I dont like to be made to feel like a criminal. Also when i got out of the car i stepped over the cement thats is 6 inches higher then the ground i scraped my foot but i didnt think nothing of it but after i paid for fuel my f9ot started slidding in my thong so i looked my foot and there was blood everywhere. The guy inside seen me limping back to my car offered me no assisstance. That was nice. I let there went to hospital to pick up my mom and a lively nurse checked out my foot cleaned it up and said i had a chunk missing . Do i figured it was from the steel that was on the the cement as a guard. Lol Wonderful times. 0 stars for the guy working that night for no care or concern for his customers, i didnt get his name but he was wearing a turbine on his head. Woll never vusit this place at night ever again.

I went around normal dinner time five o'clock. I ordered 6 wings, they came hot and fresh, the staff were phillapina, and were polite 😋 made fresh wings when I asked with no complaints
my candy was sealed soft and squishy
My slurpee was good slurpee machines were clean 👌 👍 👏 🙌 my bottle of powerade was clean not dusty.

The 7-11 employee that works 3 11 Carol is the most amazing and customer orinated individual that works at this location she is kind hard working and looks to help every will defiently visit when she is in more often

Very small. One staff running the register, 8 people came in and long line up's. It's also a 711 and Tims... So it got busy quick. Very small inside.

They don't even acknowledge you.
The people are very rude speaking foreign language.
Staff on their cellphone and they let you wait.
Very incompetent staff.
Not worth it.
