I called and Katlyn answered the phone even though she was done work for the day
I told her I had an issue with my Nox sensor according to the fault code on my freightliner truck on my haulmark motorhome
No worries we can help you
I was just 5 minutes away as I was pulled over traveling through town
She told me to come on in and the guy on call - Reed was still there so he would do it right away
Reed got me fixed up in less than 2 hours
And fixed my back step which was what I had pulled over for my n the first place and then got the engine light
Super friendly and were grateful I had all the info I did and got me fixed up and on my way

Asked for road assistance,waited for 2 hrs after an inexperienced young mechanic show up ,he could not fix my problem or figure out How to fix it like other Mechanics do to keep you going and still get charged , this is total rip off artist
ever.
To charge me for 15 mins job he did ,looks ok for me but for the job that he could not do and figure out ,not fair at all to charge me for it ,I called another guy he finished it in 20 mins.

ETR fixed me up with their mobile repair service. I need to be on the road, not broke down on the side of the road and ETR got me back up and running in a timely manner.
