I came here to drop off my package and happened to witness a wonderful customer service experience. The front counter agent was so patient and polite helping the lady, answering all her questions and provided solutions for her. I and I think the other people in line respect his time and effort. I hope there are more people like him.

I paid $230 to have 3 small items shipped from the US. On top of that FedEx charged me $30 at the border and then $41 when the packages arrived. That's almost as much as I paid for the items. Never using fed ex again.

My daughter needed to ship a package. I still can't understand what takes so long in that process. No matter where you go it's always 10+ mins to ship a package.

You'll never find a more difficult place to pay an invoice. NEVER use them. I would give them 0 stars or even negative ones if I could.
