Would give this review no stars but don’t have that option. This is regarding the Red Deer facility.Received our package that was ripped open on the back and one of the contents stolen from it.The picture of the package (front of the package of course) looks great at our front door. But no picture of the damaged back.The package was delivered at 4:42pm. My wife opened the door maybe a minute later, as she was home for the day, and noticed the ripped package. No driver or truck in site by that time.Called FedEx Customer Service and they say that the package was not scanned in as damaged when received by the Red Deer facility. Or reported damaged when it left the facility. Hmmm…..who stole part of the contents then? Driver right?Customer Service tells me, I now have to contact the shipper and they have to put in a claim with FedEx. And it’s up to the shipper to reimburse me or refund me. Really? Clearly it’s FedExs fault. They also tell me that FedEx has a policy that no package goes out damaged without contacting the recipient first. Well that didn’t happen.So I dont have what I ordered and maybe the shipper will come through with superior customer support (to FedEx) and hopefully I get reimbursed.Now it’s my problem, time and effort to get my money back.Clearly it pays to be a crook and work for FedEx. You get paid and can steal products.Send me an email FedEx, would love to discuss this further.

Got told they didn’t think my address existed so I got them to hold it at the North Staples and It got sent to this one that is closed literally anytime anybody with a job would be able to get in to pick it up. Will not be ordering through fedex again as Canada Post does a better job and can actually deliver to my address properly despite them having a terrible track record. People online call Canada Post a third world delivery service and if thats the case what does that make FedEx. More like I’m FedUp.

After they refused to deliver to my house it got sent here. Pick up times are between 12-5 on weekdays only. Makes it pretty much impossible to pick anything up if you have a job. The order was there on Tuesday and it was sent back by Friday. Worker was friendly enough, at least.

They park their personal vehicles in the front of the building forcing customers to park farther away and walk. They have a large compound in the back that would accommodate a small army of personal vehicles, the front should be for customers.

I work away in Fort mac and requested that they hold my shipment till I got back and when I came to pick it up they had returned the package the morning I went to pick it up even tho I told them what day I would pick it up. They also did nothing to assist in stopping the package from being sent back and I had to go through fed ex customer support. Absolutely terrible.

There is customer service here. Not just a warehouse. People are friendly and helpful. They make one attempt to to deliver and then hold your package at location.

Great people, they go above & beyond as much as possible. Their office hours are kinda weird, but considering there is only drivers and no office staff, they do an awesome job trying to be as available as possible.
