I wish i could give them zero star.. i was there to pick up my ups package.. The lady on counter was so rude.. she asked that the package is a box or envelope.. we didn’t knw what it was because we have been getting some of our mails from ups too because of canada post strike… And she started making weird expressions .. After picking our package we were planning to buy something but It’s a big nooo.. It’s a nice store but they should teach their employees some professionalism…
My review was about customer service And the rude attitude of cashier not UPS handling..If your staff is rude m i supposed to post a review on UPS?? Doesn’t make sense ..

Great choices on Indian grocery, thank you for including those new inventory. Have tried Vada pav and puff tastes amazing. Great choices with bakery items as well. Keep it up. 👍

Bought some baked goods for the long weekend, they were disgusting, hard and falling apart. Not even close to fresh. Stay away from baked goods near their till.

I came here bc they sell my fave tea (higgins & burke) and my bf likes their coffee. I was impressed by how friendly the staff were, even going out of their way to show me a better deal on something I was buying. We will be back.
