Edit - regional manager reached out to me and did his best to make things right. I had already fixed the scratches myself so we went ahead and got a new windshield put in our secondary vehicle. Very pleased to have a positive outcome after the initial appointment.
I would have given 1 star, but the manager did make an effort to address the issue.
Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. If you value your car and don’t want it damaged, I would not recommend this place.
I take pride in maintaining our new vehicle and even applied paint protection film (PPF) to vulnerable areas, including above the windshield and hood lip, to prevent the wiper blades from damaging the hood if not put in the service postion. Despite that, when we picked up the car I immediately noticed a large section of paint missing just below the PPF line — right above the windshield. Obviously damaging it as they were installing.
When I brought it up, the manager offered to touch it up with black primer. Our car is white, so that “solution” was unacceptable. To make matters worse, after removing the tape a couple of days later, I found more areas they had already dabbed with black primer without telling us.
For a shop trusted with glass work, the level of care and respect for customers’ vehicles was far below expectations. Incredibly disappointing to have our new car damaged in this way.

So impressed with the service and positive energy at Glass Masters in Red Deer. We got a large rock chip on our way across Canada. The Glass Place in Three Hills informed us that it would be a “waste of his time” to try and fill it. Glass Masters were up for the challenge, and we are so HAPPY that they did!!! Thanks Again!!!

FYI No warranty available even if a rock flies from a passing truck & cracks your windshield the day after you just paid to have it replaced . There is also no discount offered for a return customer in this situation.

Very good communication, great prices, prompt and reliable work. I was very impressed. They picked up my jeep st a campground and had it back with the work done within a few hours. The price was right too!

We had a roadside emergency when our vehicle’s back window blew out, and the team- especially the manager on site Sean/Shawn- here absolutely saved our day. He got us in right away, made sure the window was fixed quickly, and had us safely back on the road in no time. On top of that, he was incredibly easy and awesome to deal with during a very stressful situation. Truly above and beyond service—we are so grateful!

Travelled to AB to visit family and unfortunately, we had a broken winfshield due to the drive. Huge shoutout to Sean (sorry if i spelled that wrong) and the team! Truly an experience of professionalism and stellar customer service. Appreciate you guys!

Easy to make appointments with, had 2 vehicles done last year, both had issues after the windshield was replaced, but, I’m going for a second chance, these 2 vehicles this time seems to be good

Went in for a chip in my window and Shaun helped me instantly. It was great service and quickly fixed and I recommend anyone go here for any problems with their glass and request Shaun, if he’s there.
