A nice H & M, but some what under whelming. It is more of a medium-sized store with good pricing on the stick they have, but I have been too bigger.

This store has a wide selection, but it's a bit overcrowded in spots. Nice sale section at the front of the store. I was able to find some decently priced gems in there. The staff were kind of "meh" - not awful, but not amazing either.

Apparently the changing rooms close 30 minutes before the actual store does. I’m not going to buy anything if I cant try it on when the store is open. I understand a few minutes to closing or whatever but 30 minutes? I’ve never heard of this at any other clothing store.

The best clothing store in Red Deer, you can dress your whole family here for a great value. Lots of room in here too. Ask for Riley Ferguson, or any of her wonderful associates Eugene, Ivan or Arnet. ?

Went from 4 stars to 1 star. Was refused service based on the clothing that I was wearing (no mask). Went in to make a return of two items that didn't fit 1 week after I purchased half a dozen items (with no mask). They offered no other option for returning the items. I was happy to mail them in, but they refused to honor their return policy unless I bent the knee to their arbitrary rules.Previous review: Good selection of maternity jeans, leggings, lounge pants, tanks, and long sleeves. A couple options for maternity sweatshirts.

I am part of the reward program that they have, and spent hundreds of dollars there. I should have received two of the reward vouchers they issue based on how much I spent, but instead, I never received these because my points “reset” before they sent them to me. When I contacted customer service, their solution was to offer me 25% off, which is useless unless I spend a substantial amount of money. I guess this is a good tactic on their end though, to limit how many of these reward vouchers they issue and instead make even more money than they already have.
