I was very obviously followed around the store by an “undercover” security guard. I was treated like a thief and then told I could not walk around the store with unpaid merchandise. WOW, I will not be back. I would recommend not profiling based on someone's age so quickly next time; some young people are successful in life!

I recently shopped at Hudson's Bay and was disappointed by the limited options available for larger sizes. Additionally, I found the prices to be a bit high. Expanding the size range and offering more competitive pricing would greatly improve the shopping experience.

The Red Deer Bay has less and less selection. Also, opening at 11:00 am when the entire mall opens at 10:00 am is maddening. Many people are morning shoppers. 11am means half the day is gone. And they wonder why they have no customers. This used to be the best store. Whoever is running it now needs to be replaced

The Olson department in The Bay has very misleading sales. Big sign at top of rack says 30% off sale. But apparently when it’s tallied at the register it only includes the linens. Clothing with linen in them ?!

Not the body of water north of Ontario, but actually a retail store. Found sheets there that I couldn’t have found in the actual body of water. (I’m assuming here, haven’t tried looking there)

Not much to look at in this store. I really dislike the small portion of the store, 'zellers'. Either bring it back as a full store or not at all.
