This place is amazing! I don’t go anywhere else to shop for myself or the kids. We have bought all our snowboards and snowboarding gear here. The staff is great it’s always no pressure they are so helpful. I strongly recommend shopping here you won’t be disappointed.

Red Deer is lucky to have a shop like Industry!! I live in Calgary, but stop here when I'm visiting. Their crew has an amazing selection, knowledge and pricing. Then to top it all off they give SO MUCH back to the community. From organizing and running huge skateboarding and snowboarding events, to collecting backpacks full of gear for underprivileged families at Christmas time. They are the real deal!!It's nice to know supporting them is supporting your local community!!!

Went in when it wasn't even busy. Started looking at boards , picking up numerous boards. Employees just walking by never asking If I need assistance. So after 5 minutes of that I just left and went down to another local board shop and got a new $1300 set up. Was helped as soon as I walked in the store. I would understand if it was busy in industry at that moment but I may have been the only costumer in there that I could see. Your loss.

Placed an online order. I made a mistake and called in to see how to correct it. They were very helpful and let me know what to do. Order placed on a Tuesday and I got it 3 days later on Vancouver Island with free shipping. Definitely recommend.

First time hitting a shop in Red Deer since the late '90s and these guys were great.Real welcoming vibe, super friendly and knowledgeable. Awesome selection and had all the brands I wanted for a new skate.I'm stoked to have Industry as my new local shop.

This shop is awesome! I don’t have a local skate shop so I look for small shops to order from online. I ride shaped old school decks, which can sometimes be a pain to match up trucks. Called the shop, their staff spent time with me on the phone lining up a couple different sizes and sending me photos. Placed my order as soon as I got off and it was shipped the same day. I will most definitely order from here again. Support local independent skate shops!!!!

Selection of products was huge! Got some help from the staff picking out parts to build a new skateboard with. Lots of good knowledge, super friendly people and made me feel comfortable. Been many years since I rode and the gentlemen who set me up got me excited. Awesome store.
