“A month ago I went to Paris Jewelers in search of watches to gift the owners of my company for Christmas. As someone with limited knowledge of watches, I anticipated that it would be a challenging task, even though I had a rough idea of what each owner might like. After visiting The Bay, which had a limited selection, I decided to check out every store I passed in Bower Mall, and Paris Jewelers was next the next store I came across.
Upon entering, I was greeted by Corbin, a friendly and welcoming salesman. His service was truly exceptional and exceeded all my expectations. Corbin's knowledge of watches was impressive—he spoke in great detail about the different options, though some of the terminology was beyond my understanding. Despite this, he took the time to guide me through the selection process, helping me narrow down the perfect choices for each owner.
What I initially thought would be an overwhelming and tedious task turned out to be a joyful and seamless experience, thanks to Corbin’s expertise and attentive service. “Staff was very nice. I went in to get a ring of mine cleaned as another jewelry store didn’t clean my ring properly and they took my ring and cleaned it super quickly and beautifully. My ring was shining and beautiful in a matter of seconds and they even went to clean it a second time when I asked. I’m very pleased and grateful for them taking the time to clean my ring properly.
