Came here to shop for a new pair of shoes for work. Although they did not have the shoes I wanted in my size- the individual helping me was amazing and helped me submit an online order to get the shoes I wanted in the correct size.The staff is super friendly and does a good job keeping the store clean and well presented.

Always come here and have never had a bad experience, was there on June 2nd and the staff working at the time where amazing. wish I caught their names to mention them, but they where easy to talk to and really kind people!

I visited this store and was assisted by Sadie. She was amazing. She was super helpful and incredibly friendly. Sadie was very knowledgeable and was able to find what works best for me. It was so refreshing to not have a sale associate who genuinely wanted to help. Retail needs more Sadies

Came in for a pair of vegan docs today. While the store didn't have exactly what I was looking for, the associate (purple streaks in their hair) helped me try others on to get a feel for what size I would be so I could shop online. They made several recommendations, including what type of socks are best to wear with docs. While interacting with this associate, another customer made an offensive comment towards us about vegan leather using a certain term that hasn't been appropriate to use as long as I've been alive. Unsure why the other customer chose to insert their ignorance into our conversation as literally no one, probably in the history of ever, asked for their opinion. However, the associate handled it professionally and politely. I couldn't be more impressed with this associate and their personable customer service!

They were really nice instore but they messed up my address for my special order. I had called and thought it was resolved but weeks later I still have not received my shoes and cannot get a hold of the store. Super unfortunate.
