Ordered Parts Online Had a requirement for a new mirror for my 2021 GMC 3500 HD AT4. Called another dealer for a price and it was over 2500 dollars. Looked on the Kipp Scott parts website and it was selling for 1500 dollars. Reached out did some research, provided my Vin and the mirror from Kipp Scott matched my requirement. Mirror showed up today 100% complete, glass, camera etc. Great service and support.

Don’t take your vehicle there for repairs. It all started for me about a year ago when my injection pump went. The work was under warranty but when I got my truck back they didn’t put it back together properly. I was missing the weather strip for my hood and I had a hood latch alarm coming on. I then drove to work and had a fuel leak and a fire started under my hood. Apparently this wasn’t under warranty as they said the fire started due to a short and not the fuel leak. The hood latch they claimed was a sensor as well as some other possibilities. I had my truck in about 4 times for the hood latch till I googled the issue and told them it was ground to steer them in the right direction. Go figure eh a ground not connected properly and a fire started due to a short but they’re not responsible. After about 6 months of taking my truck in and out of the dealership it appeared fixed until recently I took it to a different mechanic (cause I don’t even trust them to do warranty work) found metal in my fuel filter. I tried contacting there service manager Andy Parkins about this issue to no success. Not the first time I had issues with him ghosting me either. In the past I had to talk to there general manager Mike to get things done and will most likely be the case in this situation too. Only positive thing I can say is the rest of the service team are nice and helpful but they need a new manger.

Recently purchased my new Sierra from here. Saul made the entire process easy and hassle free. He wasn't pushy like some sales people and made sure all my questions were answered. Couldn't be happier with the new truck and got a great price from the team at Kipp Scott.
Better call Saul!

I just bought a 2024 AT4 HD through Cole Clements at Kipp Scott GMC. Iv bought a few vehicles over the years from several different dealers and looked through many.. I wish they all brought the same zero pressure/easy to deal with vibe and attitude however they don't, so be sure to talk to Cole at kipps about anything vehicle related. Chances are he knows more about your vehicle than you do ? Thanks Cole

We have taken our truck several times to the dealer to have the trailer brakes fixed. Each time when we get it back they made it worse. We got it back yesterday Wed, Aug. 28/24. Today it died driving our kids. We lost power had no brakes. The dealer said they fixed it when they actually spliced wired and made it worse. We are meant to go camping tomorrow if that had happened towing it would have caused a serious collision, potentially life threatening. Do NOT trust them with your vehicle.
To top it off wreck a hoodie.

This review is extremely late, and for that I apologize.
My experience with Kipp Scott was amazing! Specifically Jeremy. There was no sales pressure, he was very friendly and straightforward.
This was my second purchase from Kipp Scott and I will recommend Jeremy to anyone that listens.
( I had a very small cosmetic defect on my first purchase. I mentioned it to Jeremy and 3 days later the part was installed at no cost)
To Jeremy; I am sincerely sorry it took me this long to post this review. You’re awesome my good sir!

Just got to Go auto.
They sold my a AWD car WITHOUT AWD.
I told them and said its too late!?
They have a hard time admitting to their mistakes.
They sold me an AWD car thats just front wheel. Said its my fault... "nothing they can do" is what the owner said
The owner makes excuses for bad experiences and blames the customer, look at their replies. Showing lacking accountability of his company.
My fleet will never have anything to do with this dealer..
I went in to buy an AWD car; hit a deer turns out just front wheel drive.
Future Reference I highly suggest telling them you want to record all conversations i dont want this to happen to others.(Audio Recordings should be common practice to keep both parties safe; if they are comfortable with a transparent sale)...
They say its my fault i signed. The verbal agreement was not the same as the written contract and i did not notice.
Told me AWD was installed; i hit a deer had the mechanic look and no AWD.
Was told they were gunna give me 16,000 for my truck. They gave me 8,000 and put the other 10,000 on the cars payment. I told them this and they said its too late..
I also mentioned usually its a big deal for AWD, they usually have a badge that says AWD, he said and reassured me saying " it has AWD installed"...
I had the money to pay for the truck outright, they said they would happily do it for me "take care of it"; but actually just moved it to my car payments and didnt notice.
Said this is common practice with dealerships and I should have been aware of this practice? Should have told me they were just moving it to my payments all they said "take care of it" guess this is common?
Jeremy fontaine still works there so i guess he did exactly what his boss wanted...
The salesperson was very capricious on which numbers(lines) i should be looking at.. the first paperwork didnt show the less on lien for trade in a negative; and when we got to the page showing the negative blew past it and i barely got a glance of it. They wanted me to sign everything quick because it was getting late(over 3 hours there).
I just wanted something more fuel efficient and not go through all this..
Saleperson was Jeremy Fontaine
Business Manager/ Finance Manager = Brent Smith
Jeremy was doing what his boss told him to do it seemed. (Sales manager?) I dont blame Jeremy or Brent. Its was their superiors
I do like my car i just dont approve sale practices like this..
If i had a audio recording i would have evidence.. i dont want this to happen to others.
They wrote 15,614.84 for trade in value of my truck. The page with 15,614.84 doesnt show negative on the payout lien on trade in. The disclosure statment that i didnt sign and flashed it to me shows the negative 10,300 which i didnt agree; was suppose to be positive..
That is how i got only 8,000. for a truck we agreed 16,000 for.
They say i signed and its my fault. There was huge misunderstanding and they say it too late to do anything...
I asked if he had a block heater they said yes, i popped the hood couldnt find the plug.
Sale person couldnt either, they got embarrassed and got a mechanic which verified it did not have a block heater. If they will lie or be balantly ignorant on small things like that what else will they do for small amounts of profit.
Service department makes money but they treat them poorly also so lots of miscommunication between front desk and mechanics lol.
Its a bad joke this dealership..
Hopfully they change their ways.
They give dealerships a bad name.
They create trust issue with their costumers.
I also got a service from the

Dealing with the dealership has been rocky from the start, put in a factory order L & didn’t hear anything for 2-weeks only to have to call them myself to find out my salesman had left the dealership & my factory order couldn’t be built due to a colour issue, now that I have my truck, book it using there app for a oil change / rotation, show up at my appointment time to be told all the vehicles that are in the quick lane will be ahead of me so it will be a 2+hr wait, why would I waste my time making a appointment if the appointment times mean nothing to their service department. At this point I would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a GM vehicle to look elsewhere as apparently you’re time isn’t valuable to this dealership

I've had mechanical work done here as well as picked up parts and been a part of a friend buying a vehicle. The team has changed a bit over the years but they are always friendly, helpful and reasonable.
