Had an item i was looking for on sale, out on display in a case. Simply asked a representative in store to unlock the case and proceeded to cash desk. Was quick and relatively painless. Heh. Always lioe these stores as a new HET mechanic, big adult candy store.

Despite the huge crowd and lineup during the DeWalt sale, floor personal were rapid in finding the needed item. I was also pleasantly surprised at the checkout with the huge savings. Kudos to KMS Red Deer and DeWalt.

My experience at KMS was great! All staff were very helpful in helping me find exactly what I needed. Training cashier, Rylynne, was super bubbly as I came in and was helpful in pointing me where I needed to go and made the checking out process enjoyable. Thanks to Joey as well for helping me find my items.
