“Customer service beyond reproach, I travel a lot , I get busy , they charge what I feel is reasonable rates. I have only been using them for normal clothing so I'm happy with the service , turn around time etc. I can drop off a bag late 8pm and get it next day.
I screwed up and dropped off without double checking the hours of operation on weekends, my bad. I also happened to be leaving for just over a month.
No problem, mark it , hang on to it and pay when you get back.
Outstanding! For those who complain, do your own laundry.”
