The Red Deer location in Bower mall has the worst service. I was in a few days ago. Walked the entire store for about 20 minutes. and not one staff even said hello or greeted me. I was simply ignored. I ended up with a hand full of clothes to try on and they seemed very put out to find me a dressing room. Not only did they flat out ignore me while not being very busy, but not once did they ask me if I needed help with sizes whileTrying on the the items. The store was not busy. They staff members were so busy talking about their personal lives to themselves. And complaining about customers. One staff stayed focussed on a friend trying on clothes. I walked past and she never even said hi. I’ve never had such horrible service. And I’m not one to complain. At check out I was barely spoken to and simply asked if I wanted ti put my items in the bag already had that was already full. They didn’t even say anything. Else. That’s it.I’ll never shop there again. This has happened before and it’s the only store where it’s consistently terrible for service. Get some new staff.

Review your receipt BEFORE you pay for it! A ton of discounts missed which we noticed when we given the receipt.“Too bad! It’s a final sale” we were told.Whatever the system discounts is what you have to pay, even if you didn’t know that it wasn’t discounted properly.Staff were great but MOD is horrible, disrespectful and talks down to her customers.“The discounts are complicated ma’am, you wouldn’t understand”Pardon me but a $1.02 discount is not 30% off of a $49.99 item. This is not complicated , this is a computer error that she should have fixed, especially when it occurred on multiple items!I then asked to return the items that were over charged and was told no.then she gave me the customer service number, except it was her debit machine repair number!!!Overall, I was charged at least $50 more than I should have been.The attitude of the MOD was even worse than the overcharge.

The clothing here is spectacularly designed. I love it. The quality is in the product as well. They have their own shoe designs and a wonderful selection. One not so nice thing is the staff. They are not the friendliest or helpful with style or selection.
