This place has gone so downhill. They rarely have the products I come in specifically for and their staff are not knowledgeable or helpful like they once were. Last week I was in ans Tammy seemed to be frustrated to help me find the products I was looking for, had no idea what I was asking for or where the products were located. I'm not sure which was worse-her customer service or problem solving skills!
