Mark’s at Village Mall Red Deer, Alberta was a great experience.
Not only was the store clean and nicely organized. It was very easy to find what you were looking for as well as an abundant selection to choose from.
From the time we entered the store until we left the Sales Associates were very pleasant and always busy tidying up. I would like to make a special note regarding how impressed my husband and I were when Emily and JoJo took the time to search other stores on our behalf to look for sizes that they did not have available there at that time.
I would highly recommend shopping this store, a smile and conversation goes a long way in my book so thank you each and everyone at that location for making our visit a great one!

I had a great experience at Mark’s today thanks to Jade! She was incredibly helpful in finding the correct sizes for several shirts I needed to pick up for my dad. She went out of her way to track everything down and made sure I left with exactly what I needed. On top of that, I noticed she was also assisting other customers and answering their questions with ease—she really knows her stuff and clearly cares about doing a good job. Great customer service!

Bought a 300 dollar pair of work boots keen to be exact and 8 months later they are falling apart also got a dakota hoodie and heated jacket the hoodie is falling apart at the seams and the battery died in the heated jacket and marks said they can't replace the battery for the jacket the hoodie is past the return date and the boots are also past the return date thank marks for taking my 1000 dollars and giving me a awful product gues I know where nit to buy work gear again and I'll spread the word through the construction industry as well to avoid buying anything there

I like Marks, ive got lots of good stuff from here over the years. 2 months ago I bought the wind river revelstoke winter hiking boots. They didn't even make it to the first hike and in about a week of light use the lace grommet popped out of the boot so I returned them and ordered a new pair without issue because they are really comfy boots so thought I'd give them one more try and after about another week of light use the exact samething happened and I don't even tie them tight at all and it's the very bottom grommet so not much strain on it. Definitely don't recommend the wind river revelstokes. They get a 9 for comfort but a 2 for quality.

Was just in there today looking for a winter coat for work, the lady that works on that side was cussing loud enough I could hear being about 10 feet away,
She then proceed laughed and mentioned the jackets I’m looking at in the men’s section is for women,
then told me to look around for the men’s when I asked where the men’s jackets are in the men’s section she got all mouthy ,
The 250$ jacket I was looking at went back to the rack quickly as I won’t be supporting a department store that has mostly women’s stuff in the men’s side and a mouthy workers
