They always have a good selection and competitive prices compared to other jewelry stores. I couldn’t be happier with my engagement ring, yes resizing can take awhile but their customer service has always been helpful to me. Audrey was helpful when we bought a few pieces of jewelry and Aiah has helped me the last few times I’ve been in. She has good suggestions when showing you jewelry and is quick to let you know the price and write down the product number if you need time to think before making a purchase.

3 weeks ago my now fiancé proposed. He got a size 7 as he did not have time to wait on the resizing (2 weeks). A few days later, 3 weeks ago we went in store to get my ring resized. Upon walking into the store we found an associate standing on the sales floor on her phone. She greeted us and said “someone will be with you” then proceeded to continue playing on her phone. Now this already tarnished my experience in this store. We continued to look while we waited for an associate to be available. Angela then came over and greeted us and asked how she could help. Angela was nice at first then progressively became pushy. I explained I needed a 4.5. She then questioned me. Which as an associate is fair for her to do. She persisted I was a size 5. I work in jewelry myself so I know my ring size. I even mentioned this to Angela. She continued to tell me I needed a size 5 despite me telling her it felt too loose and I was worried about loosing it. This went on for about 5 minutes. She finally let me try the 4.5 and it fit perfectly. She then decided that my finger was a 4. She made me try on the 4 and then tried to convince me to get a 4 even tho I had to fight to take it off. We finally agreed on a 4.5. Angela then explained they couldn’t give me a 4.5 because of how their sizing worked, once again I understood. At this point Jocelyn came over to help out as well. (Jocelyn was amazing) They both explained I would have to special order my ring in the 4.5 but acted as though it was a huge inconvenience for them. It made me feel i was being pushed for a bigger size so it would be convenient for them. We agreed on special ordering and I was told 4 weeks with the possibility of it coming in sooner. I visited the store today to see if it would be here soon as I was curious to know. The store manager Audrey gave me attitude and then told me “it takes 6-8 weeks not 4” all well and good but if I am spending thousands on an engagement ring then maybe the associates should be upfront about how long something should take. I am very upset with my overall experience at this store and if not for my warranty I would not be a returning customer.

Great service, facemasks required, there is a sign that does not allow face shields as masks. Only 1 person per employee due to size, but moves fairly quickly! - always get the lifetime warranty, cheapest option if you're like me haha!

We went in today to exchange a pair of earrings that had broke. Two fantastic ladies were working who easily found our transaction history and provided amazing customer service. They both were great with my toddler while we sorted things out and despite not having the exact earrings I was replacing, they took the time to make sure I was happy with what I was getting. Really great experience, will be the only place I shop for jewelry! Thanks ladies!

Do not purchase a engagement ring or wedding band from this place. Worst customer service on the planet. Once they made the sale this whole process has been a nightmare. (There was one nice helpful person). The way the other employees / mangers have treated my fiance and I is completely unacceptable. My fiance was actually in tears when she came home from the store last weekend. Its been 2 months since being engaged and my fiance still does not have the ring I bought her. They said we could be waiting up to another 12 weeks! Absolute joke!

I took my wedding set in to be repaired Dec 12/19. My husband also bought my other band for my ring. All was to be sent out for repair, sizing and soldering. First the rings didn’t go away until the 16th. I had to tweet out about where my rings were in January. Store missed some communication with repair shop. They said it needed to be reshanked an added $400 cost ( we have the lifetime warranty. What a waste). I said fine just wanting my rings back. January 15 still no rings and no ETA. Shop elsewhere!

My wife recently went to exchange a pair of earrings she received as a gift for volunteering her time to help plan another person’s wedding.Not only was she refused her exchange because she had tried on these earrings (to decide if she wanted to keep them or not), she was verbally accosted by not only a staff member but also by the manager.My 19 week pregnant wife came home in tears from being treated so poorly. As far as I’m concerned, this is unacceptable behaviour from anyone and especially unacceptable from a manager. I’m still considering filing a formal complaint with the store’s owner for this behaviour.
