It is great to have this level of professional automotive service right here in Red Deer. They always quote for the work and parts for your approval, prior to work being done. Noticed a difference right away from walking in, to driving the away the car after repairs. Highly recommended for that import car off warranty.

Really good service. Got to work at the appointment time. Friendly staff. Kept me informed. Did quality work and followed up with other possible work as they said they would do. Shop and waiting/reception area was clean. Apologized for the coffee that was not available that day. Will return in the future.

It seems that the customer service has gone downhill recently especially with the reception listening skills, I had my car booked in for 8am for an oil change. I asked the receptionist if they could call and have a shuttle ready to pick me up as soon as my car was ready as I had to go to work after……. The receptionist booked my shuttle for 4pm, my car was done way before then and just sitting there and I wouldn’t have gotten my car sooner if I didn’t call back asking why it was taking so long! They also did nothing to make to up their faults not even a genuine apology!

Mikasa was our go to shop in Red Deer to bring our VWs for repair. After the last experience I won’t be going back and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

The quote was a little high but the work which was performed on the vehicle was very well done, If I had any future work to be done on the car it would be at Mikasa.
