Mitchell & Jewell provided an outstanding experience for engagement ring purchase.
They have a wide selection of rings and bands, the staff are friendly without being overbearing, and the purchase included lifelong servicing. The diamond I liked was on a different band, but they were able to re-set it into another setting delivering my perfect ring.

My family has dealt with Mitchell & Jewell for many years. Recently had another custom piece created to pay homage to my Mother and Grandmother, incorporating gems that were passed down within the family. I couldn’t be happier with the result. All the staff are extremely welcoming, helpful and take a genuine interest in providing the best quality and service possible. I would not trust any other jeweller.

A wonderful experience here, the team rcare and listen to what you need/she wants! you can tell how much they all love their jobs. I walked in wearing my oily coveralls and a toque and was still treated well

I entered the store anticipating a professional friendly experience but, instead I was glared at by the women working in the store like I was a street vagrant. I was Wearing $45.000 of Louis Vuitton Apparel, So clearly not a vagrant. I greeted the ladies with a smile And polite kindness.But I received the most negativeUnfriendly cold Attitude that I have ever experienced in my life. I had a $25.000 budget to buy jewelry for my family for Christmas. I would sooner buy from a pawn shop. Than these people. But the staff think they are God's gift to humans. I have never been so uncomfortable in my entire life.
