Had a windshield done there recently. Right from the phone call customer service was great and frendly. They were helpful finding me a windshield and tried to save me money. There was no automatic phone service to go through, which i appreciate alot. Customer service 6 stars, windshield looks good too..done in an hour.

I've been using Wrenchmasters services for several years with several vehicles. I always receive excellent service! Extras like a ride to work/home, extra work done without extra charges, and extra inspections and recommendations included at no charge. Plus excellent work that comes with a warranty! Thanks for the great service!

Honest, reliable, integrity, knowledgeable and excellent communication are some words that first come to mind when thinking of our recent experience. There's even a courtesy shuttle to help with commutes. Honestly, I am so thankful we found this business.....small town trustworthy service in a city....can't get any better than that! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

The fellow who served me was knowledgeable and ordered my part rite away, said my part would be in the next day which to my surprise I received a phone call that afternoon which was the same day I ordered my part and said that my part had already arrived so I received the parts to he very same day I ordered them good job Napa!!!!

Working with Wrenchmasters here in Red Deer has been a good feeling so far. They've helped me out twice and it felt like I was in good hands both times. They were careful to keep me in the loop and cleared the details of each step before going ahead with service, definitely what I would have wanted. There were a few opportunities to charge above and beyond but they were always careful to not take advantage of the situation, consistently transparent and honest. I felt like the work they recommended was in my best interests and appropriate to my budget, and to date I've had no issues, so... still early days, but finding a mechanical team in this town that you can trust is definitely something to appreciate when you do work here. Thank you for the great service and professional manner.
