Terry from their sales team did and continues to do an amazing job of explaining things to me so they make sense and asks just the right questions to make sure you get the machine you need for the job you need to do. John and Clay from the service team are always very quick to respond to any issue I have had to get me back to work. They are very personable and I like chatting with them when they come to fix whichever setting I may have accidentally changed ?. Last but definitely not least is Bridget, the office admin. She is always so friendly, full of energy and helpful. I cannot recommend the CIP Team enough to anyone needing ANY service they offer.”
